And don't I know it. A mom of 3. A busy job. It's the ultimate recipe for a hectic life, non-stop.
When it comes to that life, perfection is overrated. I learned that rather quickly. But when our youngest daughter, Laura, started eating solid food, I was just plain running out of time. Cooking fresh every day and spending enough quality time, while chaos awaits around every corner. For those moments when life just doesn't go to plan, there must be a fast, easy, and nutritious fresh food alternative, right?
As it turns out, there isn’t. Being a food engineer, I decided to develop one myself. Using my professional knowledge of ingredients and processes to simplify our lives.
The solution: freeze-drying fresh fruits and vegetables. A technique that perfectly preserves everything good and healthy and is yet easy to prepare.
Laura was our first fan! And even her big brothers, William and Luis, loved to sneak in a scoop or two.
I couldn’t just keep that feeling of success to myself. So I put it into pouches and that's why you are here today. Welcome!
